SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING: UNITED STATES
Thank you for shopping with Jubilee by Chi! The Shipping Options below apply to in-stock merchandise for orders shipped within the United States and U.S. Territories. We use standard, priority, and express shipping options. Anytime we offer “free shipping”, we will use the standard processing speed which may be up to eight (8) business days.
Shipping speed starts only after product has left Jubilee by Chi’s possession and has been handed off to the shipping/delivery provider.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday delivery may not be available. Shipping surcharges may apply.
Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
Delivery to addresses and PO Boxes in the contiguous US may take 4-9 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days.
Delivery to addresses and PO Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take up to 30 business days.
Orders with upgraded shipping & handling services are subject to verification.
Orders with more than 15 items may not be eligible.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. Most items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Handmade-to-order items, those made-on-demand, will be shipped as soon as they are produced. In most cases, production time is 2-3 business days. For most orders, this process (item location or item production) begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.
Jubilee by Chi will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.
Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment.
Shipping & handling is a taxable service.
Certain products are not eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or US Territories.
Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Jubilee by Chi. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their US address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIL - UNITED STATES
We want you to enjoy your experiences with Jubilee by Chi, and we hope that you love all of the products we offer! We also know that things happen, and sometimes you just don’t “love” it. If at any time you're not satisfied with the quality of our products, let us know.
We accept returns of most unused and undamaged (excepting mail carrier-related damage) candle product returns when notified within 14 calendar days of product delivery (excluding Constellation and Mood Collection Candles). Eligible products must be mailed back to Jubilee by Chi within 30 calendar days of original product delivery date.
Because of the personal use nature of our essential oils, spa (bath and body), and lab products, we do not accept these types of returns.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please contact us right away at https://wwwjubileebychi.com/connect-say-hello or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
STEP 1: Package your items and your Shipping Confirmation email.
Place your items in a box — the one your order came in can easily be reused — along with any necessary packing materials.
Print and enclose the top half of your Shipping Confirmation email to use as your return receipt.
If you are unable to include your Shipping Confirmation email because you lost the email or don’t have access to a printer, be sure to include your order number, billing name, and address on a piece of paper with your return. If your return is sent back without this information, we will not be able to process your refund.
STEP 2: Take your package to the carrier of your choice.
Be sure that your return is properly insured and trackable so you’ll be able to ensure your package arrives as expected.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Once we receive your items, we’ll inspect everything to be sure it meets the return criteria. If it does, we will send you a Return Order Confirmation email with all the details.
STEP 4: Please allow up to 21 business days for us to receive your return and process your credit.
How Will I Be Refunded?
All eligible returns will be credited to the original form of payment or via an E-Gift Card if preferred by customer. E-Gift Cards will be issued and emailed to you at the email address associated with the original order. If you paid with an E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. Refund amounts will not include shipping and handling charges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, if applicable.
